Cull (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates cull.studio — a private gallery platform that allows event videographers to share clips with their clients. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account information — your email address, provided when you sign in via Google, Apple, or a magic link. We do not store your Google or Apple password.
• Usage data — pages viewed and clips accessed, used solely to ensure the service functions correctly. We do not sell or share this data.
• Cookies & session tokens — a session cookie is stored in your browser to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

• Authenticating you and controlling access to private event galleries.
• Sending transactional emails (e.g. sign-in links). We will not send marketing emails without your consent.
• Diagnosing technical issues and improving the service.

We use the following third-party providers to operate Cull:

• Supabase — database and authentication. Your email address is stored in a Supabase-managed database hosted on AWS.
• Cloudflare Stream — video hosting and delivery. Video files are stored and served by Cloudflare.
• Google / Apple — OAuth sign-in. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, those providers share only your email address and display name with us.
• Vercel — web hosting. Server logs may be retained for a short period for debugging.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Your account information is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@cull.studio.

Cull is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email hello@cull.studio.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify affected users by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of Cull after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
